Aries, artist, aspiring acrobat

I am from Guam, USA and so blessed to hold the Pacific in my heart. I am forever finding natural beauty as resource and inspiration. Travel and immersion in cultures provides invaluable opportunities for growth, expanding my love and awareness of the world as a whole. My art is my joy, gratitude and retribution.

With a BFA in sculpture (Corcoran College of Art & Design 1998) I enjoy mixed media, nontraditional materials & methods. This has led me to explore wood carving, graphic & digital art, fine art, fashion design, photography, event venue, visual merchandising, installation, site specific art... I have enjoyed working in the arts field for the variety and challenges presented me with each new project. Currently I am working in fine metals, studying business and gemology at the Gemological Institute (GIA). Through this new medium I hope to bring awareness to a growing consumer industry niche.

Inclined toward interesting textures & surfaces,my work carries explorative qualities with depth & layers. Progressive vision invites the viewer into another world, celebrating the beauty of our own.

My path to yoga started in Guam in 1999. A passionate desire for further growth led me to earn my 200 hour teaching certification in 2003. The way of Consciousness has been a passion ever since. I began teaching directly after my return from training, professionally and privately to date.
